{bb} Bbwarnrules delay and recovery pages

Im running the latest bb (bb19e) and happily using recovery pages. I tried using the "delay" and "escalate" under the bbwarnrules for one server and it seems to be working only for the initial trouble page, the recovery pages all get sent. Is there any way to keep those from going too if still within the delay/wait time? Id rather nothing get sent to the "escalation" user if the problem is solved in the first XXX minutes.
