You don't have to purchase foglight to get BBPE (although I'm
sure they'd like you to).  LAARD should work but because the
source isn't distributed, turning on functions works a little
differently.

You can grab a 30 day test to make sure it works correctly.
If you're familliar with the BTF version, then BBPE will be
a breeze.
