Using the 'pagelevelsmail' token restricts recipients to just email 
recipients - no pagers, no SMS, no ext scripts(!!)

Your rules use ext recipients - even though they use email to send the 
notification (Big Brother does not know this),  they will not be used to 
send pages because of the pagelevelsmail token.

Also, you'll never be notified on yellow events. Colors in the 
pagelevelsmail token must be a subset of those colors in the pagelevels 
token. Something like:

pagelevels: purple red yellow
pagelevelsmail: red yellow

Status messages that are purple, yellow or red will generate a page and 
red and yellow pages will go to email address (not to ext scripts.)
