- Thread-topic: bb 1.9e, bbgen3.4, solaris 9 - bbgen cgi script crashing
All,
I have recently installed bbgen3.4 and I am having troubles with some of the CGI scripts (for all I know other things could be suffering from this same problem). I noticed some of the CGI scripts were not working, and tracked it down to the binaries compiled from the bbgen-3.4.tar.gz file. These are the bins in the "bbgen-3.4/bbdisplay" directory.
Here's what I'm getting when I run the scripts (I have a select few - the other .cgi scripts in here actually work OK):
$ bb-ack.cgi
Segmentation Fault(coredump)
$ bb-findhost.cgi
Segmentation Fault(coredump)
$ bb-rep.cgi
Segmentation Fault(coredump)
I compiled using the patch from: http://www.hswn.dk/bbgen/bbgen-3.4-openssl.patch
Solaris 9
Big Brother 1.9e
BBGEN 3.4
GCC 3.3.2
Anyone else know of these problems?
Thanks,
- Jon
