No - but bbgen doesn't generate the graph image, it merely generates
a link to the larrd-grapher.cgi script. The actual image is not 
generated until someone views the page, and activates the CGI script
to generate the image.

If you want to disable the image generation, you need to hack the
larrd-grapher CGI script, not bbgen.
