{bb} bbgen 3.5 available

bbgen 3.5 has been uploaded to www.deadcat.net.

This release fixes a serious bug in version 3.4 - red, yellow and
purple status messages were being sent in a way that would prevent
alerts from going out, even though the status display did change.
