{bb} monitoring mounted file systems

Is there a way for Big Brother to check that a file system is mounted?  We 
have a RAID-5 system that is set up in /dev/sdb and we need to check that it 
is accessible.  If this becomes unreachable, I need to know.  At present, I 
hardcode the mounted file systems in bb-dftab but if the partition 
disappears, I don't get an alarm.

Also, it would be useful to check that SCSI devices are still attached. 
Normally, I do this by checking /proc/scsi/scsi
