{bb} Adding a new service to BB

Hi All,

I have been trying to add a new custom service "userno" on BB. The idea
is to count then number of ppp interfaces on a router via snmp and
report it on BB. If the interface count is below, say 5, then the status
should change to "red" and so on.

The script works fine, and I can send messages to bb by running the
script manually. The problem is that the new column does not show up on
the HTML output next to the router name. However, in case there is a
"red" condition, I DO get an email and the panel DOES change to "RED".
But I do NOT get a new column on the HTML display next to the router
name.

If I update the BBNETSVC with "userno" as a service, I get an "userno"
column next to my servers. I have tried putting in a service error
number in svcerrlist as well. In that case too I get an email with the
proper code on the subject line, and a column next to my servers, but no
column next to the routers.


Is there anything else I need to do?
