It means that the "cpu" column for the server "32-INX-CORE-01" has
gone purple, i.e. the last time it was updated was more than 30
minutes ago.
Usually it's because the Big Brother client on the server has been
stopped. On Windows servers, disabling performance counters will
also trigger this for the cpu-column only (you still get data for
disk).
