{bb} Not all recipients getting notifications

I'm using BB with Windows 2000 server...we recently moved BB from one box to another. I used the same BB config files; just copied 'em over to the new box. The problem is that now for some bizarre reason only 2 of 3 recipients receive notifications, whereas all 3 received them just fine before. There is nothing about this new box that would prevent emails from being sent out to this recipient. I've checked the BB ack logs, and a notification isn't even being generated for the email address.

I'd attach my config files, but seeing as they worked fine before, I don't think the problem is with the config files. Has anyone else run into this problem?
