RE: {bb} Purple Messages

Sorry for the delayed reply - I've been on holiday. I didn't see any
other replies to this, so maybe this will help. Often when I see
unexplained purples, it's because my /tmp dir is full, so BB can no
longer keep track of its PIDs or write logs. You may want to check
that.

Subject: {bb} Purple Messages

I am having some problems with purple messages. Once the Solaris
machines started to send purple messages earlier this week. Common
practice is to go and restart BB on the offending machine.

The purple messages stopped, but now they have returned. The weird
thing is that going to the BB console, looking at the link provided in
the purple email message, shows its green and updated within the last 15
minutes.

Can anyone point me to some hints about how to get the purple messages
to stop (since its really green :) )?

Thanks for you help

Chris
