{bb} https test error

Hi All

My BBDISPLAY server's https test giving me the following error

 https://bbdisplay.arl.qwestip.net/ - SSL error

bbtest column is showing the following error for the BBDISPLAY server's ip

Error output:
Unspecified SSL error in SSL_connect to https (443/tcp) on host 1.2.0.53: error:0407006A:rsa routines:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_1:block type is not 01

I am using bb1.9c with bbgen 3.2 on Solaris 2.7.

Also I am using mod_ssl 2.8.22-1.3.33 with Apache 1.3.33 and OpenSSL 0.9.6g

Also in the apache error log I see this keep showing up

Anyone have seen error like this. Not sure how to fix it.

NOTE: server name and IP are masked to save the innocents
