Make sure to modify all of the bb-hosts on all of the client machines
then follow this procedures:
1. Stop the bb services on bbdisplay machine, then delete all of the
$BBHOME/www/html/*
$BBHOME/bbvar/logs/*
$BBHOME/bbvar/hist/*
$BBHOME/tmp/*
2. restart the bb on each client machine
3. finally start the bb service on bbdisplay machine.

I've got five servers that continue to get purple alerts and I was
wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of them.
On four of the machines (Enterprise Linux) I had nmap running. This
has now been disabled (removed from bb-hosts #) but instead of giving
me a dash in the field, it give me a purple icon.
On the one Windoze machine, I've installed the latest client version
of BB (3.01) since I had to reinstall the whole OS after the hard
drive went kaput. The connection is green; the nmap is green; but
everything else is purple.
Any suggestions?
