{bb} Unable to monitor the CPU and listing the proc list

Hi there,

I've a Unix BB Server installed and some windows server with BB clients
installed. I found some percularity as the BB client did not push the CPU
information and the process information, When I tried to use bbcnfg.exe to
list the process list, I could  not see it. However, on other servers
running the same BB Client version, it works and I'm also anle to list the
process information.

Some information that I have done.
1) Uninstall the previous BB client (BB 1.08B)
2) Install BB Client (BB 1.08B)
3) Uninstall BB Client (BB 1.08B)
4) Install BB Client (BB 1.08D)

And I still could not list the processes and thus not able to monitor the
CPU status on the BB server.

Is there any advice as what could be the issue ?
