How you define http in etc/bb-hosts?

The --services option only lists those network tests that are defined in the
bb-services file, the so-called "simple" TCP tests. "http" and "https" are
built-in because they are much more complex, and usually they are defined by
the URL you put into bb-hosts. So they will not show up in the output from
bbtest-net --services, but they do work.
