RES: {bb} Old files in BBTMP on BBDISPLAY

You may create na "shell" script. This scripts compare %date (of the system)
with files in directory. When files more older file righ now less 7 days,
will be deleted.
I have a script same like this, but for Red Hat 9.0. I don´t know if works
in Solaris.

Hope can help you.

Assunto: {bb} Old files in BBTMP on BBDISPLAY

Hi All

I am running bb1.9c with bbgen 3.2 on Solaris 7. I noticed I have lot of old
files--as old as about 3 yrs--sitting around in the BBTMP dir.

Here is small chunk of those files

-rw-r--r-- 1 root other 6360 Dec 7 2003 BB
-rw-r--r-- 1 bbro bbgroup 176423 Jun 21 2003 BB.1619

-rw-r--r-- 1 bbro bbgroup 70 Feb 19 2004 np_3948340@XXXXXX

I have a total of 381 of the above file types. Out of which over 200 of them
from year 2003, 88 of them from 2004, 6 of them from 2002

Should I need to create a cronjob to delete this old files? If yes can I
delete those if 7 days old? Can that be applied for np_* files as well?

Thanks
