In general you can delete anything in BBTMP more than a week old (probably
more than a day, but let's be conservative). That probably applies to the
np* files as well. I think it would depend on the nature of your alert
configuration, but if I remember correctly the time stamps on those files
are set into the future (is that right?) so if those times are old they
can be removed also. Worst case is that someone might get an extra
page/email.
Actually, I think BB should do the clean up at startup time and remove
files from BBTMP knowned to be obsolete.
