{bb} Installation Issue

Hi,

I am getting an error....

Connection was refused when attempting to connect to news.esecurity.net

My httpd.conf has:


# for BIG BROTHER
<Directory "/BBSVR/bb1.9e-btf/www/"
Options Indexes MultiViews ExecCGI
    AllowOverride None
    Allow from all
</Directory>

How can I get connected to the BB site ? Using
http://news.esecurity.net/bb/bb.html
