A new version of this guide has just been posted.  Updated for use with
BB1.9e and Solaris 9 (now 60 pages long).

Even though it has been written for Solaris, it should be clear enough for
other platforms.
If not, contact me and we can discuss other versions!

We have other guides available, but they are not free ;)
