Also make sure that in bb-hosts that you are allowing columns to show up under certain pages:
"group-only"

It seems that the tests have not yet been carried out or BB doesn't have
permission to write to $BBLOGS.
 
1) Take a look at the $BBLOGS directory. Are there any files?
 
2) Run ". $BBHOME/etc/bbdef.sh" and then "$BBHOME/bin/bb-network.sh"
Are there any files in $BBLOGS now?
 
3) Also take a look at $BBHOME/BBOUT
Are there any error messages?

I have installed bb several times yet I have what appears to be a simple yet
evasive issue.

Everything seems to run OK except I see no icons showing status. Here is
what I have in my bb-hosts file:

 

 

65.15.107.228 ns1.carolinadatatech.com # BBNET BBDISPLAY

65.15.107.226 emperor.carolinadatatech.com # pop3 smtp pop3
http:/www.carolinadatatech.com

66.83.123.2 mail.odessacompanies.com # pop3 smtp http

 

All I see is the text of the 3 hosts. Any ideas?
