{bb} bb is monitoring but the www page show green

Hi,
having the problem with big brother,
BB is running and monitoring , but if i open the
BB web page it shows me that all monitored
systems are ok. Obviosly this is not tru, some are not ok,
it seems that the page is not generating.
(if youll need some more info please tell me)
