{bb} acsnmp.pl - Perl question

So I want to use the acsnmp231 that was posted to deadcat about a month ago.
I needed the Net-SNMP package according to the documentation so I dowloaded
and installed it. The acsnmp.pl script is still puking on the third line
which is 

use Net::SNMP;

Seems like I need a way to make perl aware that the Net-SNMP commands are
there. Unfortunately I can't use cpan because my machines are not connected
to the Internet. I am not familiar with perl, can anyone head me in the
right direction on how to fix this?
