RE: {bb} Check's timeout

You can define your alerts in bb/etc/bbwarnrules.cfg for this service to wait for a second cycle (*;;criti;;*;*;email@email.com:~10), to avoid false alerts. Do you use bbgen? I believe it has this functionality built in. There also may be a way with bbgen to modify the service timeout in BBNETSVCS, like there is in Hobbit, but I'm unsure, as I don't use bbgen.

The first solution won't help avoid the red alert showing up on the bb webpage, but this is the best my brain could do at 5pm on a Friday ;)

Subject: {bb} Check's timeout

Hi there, I have just installed the bb4 in a freebsd.

Someone know if it is posible to set a timeout longer for a service?
I mean I check a service that I called "criti" and when it´s busy i get a timeout, but it´s on and working ok.

Thnx!
