{bb} logging questions

Hello all,


I have a simple logging question, I was under the impression that bb
was supposed to keep state when logging (so that it will only start
its next scan from the last scanned line). But this isnt happening,
the whole file is getting rescanned and I wind up getting dupe alerts.
Do I have something misconfigured?
