Re: {bb} Remote Oracle Monitoring



In $BBHOME/etc/bb-roracle.def, change the LISTENER_CHECK and
SIDS_CHECK to N.  This should take care of most of the issues with no
local Oracle.  You will get one ORATAB files does not exist message
that you can safely ignore.

Note:  I've never run bb-roracle on a machine that doesn't have local
Oracle databases.  The once instance that monitors remote instances
also monitors some local databases as well.  It should work, though.
