{bb} Alerts in BB18B3

Yes, I know I am downlevel but...

I have everything working the way I want in BB but I have one lingering 
problem.  I would like BB to alert when a status goes from Yellow to 
Red.  It works great from Green to Yellow or Green to Red and also when 
returning to Green.  I really want to know if a condition went from 
marginal (such as Disk/File Space) to Critical!

Thanks for your help.  This is a great tool with many helpful participants!
