Hello all.In the BB client configuration editor there is an ignore messages field. Put something unique in that field that can be found in the messages you want to ignore. In our Citrix farm I ignore any message that has "print" as part of it and the ignore field is set up as "print; cdm; auto-creation" which cut out a lot of the noise.
I use BB to monitor several NT boxes Very often I receive warning and error messages from the "msgs" of BB.
Here is an example of such a message: Sys: E 'Wed Apr 06 09:15:21 2005': TermServDevices - " Driver HP LaserJet 9050 PS required for printer !!bhymxfp109!MIS-2PS is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again."
I know these messages come from the System Event Logs.
My question is: how can I make BB ignore them, or more precisely: how can I filter the logs?
