{bb} server-time-ntp / bb-ntp.sh

Has anyone gotten this script (by Cook IT Services) to work with the
Solaris8 version of ntp ?

It works great on the RedHat boxes, but on Solaris it always complains
about "Clock synchronization lost" or "Time server problem".

Any ideas ?
