{bb} Cannot page cellular or send SMS

Hello all:

I'm trying to have BB send an email AND call a cellular phone. BB sends the
email all right but does not call the cellular. I'm running BB 2.30 on an NT
server.

The bbwarnrules.cfg contains two lines as follows:
machine1.com  machine2.com;;*;;*;*;myname@mycompany.com
machine1.com  machine2.com;;*;;*;*;9999999999@txt.bellmobility.ca

Both addresses (email and cellular) are defined in Outlook. I tested sending
an SMS to the cellular directly from Outlook and it worked fine.

What can be the problem? Why can Outlook send the SMS while BB cannot? Is it
because the address begins with digits?
