{bb} Installing on Linux

Hello all,

I am a new linux user here trying to install Big Brother on a computer
running Fedora 3.  Here is the issue, I am following the instructions on
installing Apache 2.0.54 to the letter, and I am following the directions on
how to install Big Brother to the letter.  Here is the issue, I can not
display the web page.  I am logged in as the user (not as root) and I get a
permission error when I try and display the web page.  Does anybody know
what I am doing wrong here?
