You can change the SELinux settings from the drop-down menu options in
Applications->System Settings->Security Level->SELinux (tab). Then just
UNCHECK the boxes labeled, "Enabled (Modification Requires Reboot)" and
"Enforcing Current".

Well I did an LS -Z and the user (bb) is the owner of the directory. The
output is the following:

Lrwxrwxrwx bb	bb	user_u:object_r:httpd_sys_content_t bb ->
/home/bb/bb3/10-bbpe/www

If it is a SELinux permission error, what can I do to fix it?  Sorry about
these Linux questions, but I am not very familiar with Linux.

#ls -Z /the/http/dir

You prolly need to 
#chcon -R -u system_u -t /var/www/html 
If that is where you have it.

I would bet you are running into SELinux permission errors

Hello all,

I am a new linux user here trying to install Big Brother on a computer
running Fedora 3.  Here is the issue, I am following the instructions on
installing Apache 2.0.54 to the letter, and I am following the directions on
how to install Big Brother to the letter.  Here is the issue, I can not
display the web page.  I am logged in as the user (not as root) and I get a
permission error when I try and display the web page.  Does anybody know
what I am doing wrong here?
