RE : {bb} Log Files not being created

Hi,

How many clients and tests do you have ?
Did you install bbgen for better performances and use fping instead of ping ?

What do you mean when you write :
"I made an archive of the logs".
?

Do you have another bb server ?

BBOUT has not errors to report about the log files, I do have some of the log files being created but just not some. When I use the report functionality it will show those devices as being offline the whole time because there is no log file in place. The perms on that on /bbvar and all directories below that are 774. I have started and restarted BB and nothing yet.

Vince,

BBOUT doesn't give any clues as to why? Also - I would think an archiving
operation wouldn't affect the permissions of the hist and logs directories,
but I'd check those too just *in case*.
