RE: {bb} Log Files not being created

I am seeing this in the allevents log file in the "hist" directory for one
of the devices I am not getting any logs for:

BBOUT doesn't give any clues as to why? Also - I would think an archiving
operation wouldn't affect the permissions of the hist and logs directories,
but I'd check those too just *in case*.
