{bb} Larrd: adjusting graph for load avg

Ive been asked to provide some graphs showing the load average of a
particular server of ours. The trouble I have is the server is stressed so
little that the load average plotting is barely visible. Is it possible to
change the scale to make the plotting of the la trends stand out more?
