Yes, but I don't think it is a good idea.  The stock code fixes the y axis
limit at 1, if the load average is below that.  So there is consistently
no processes in the run queue waiting be executed.

If the LA goes above 1, then the y axis will autoscale like the rest of
the data.

The idea here is that *most* machines do nothing, and I wanted to have an
apples to apples look at LA.  If you always autoscale and your LA is from
.01-.1, it will *look* as busy as a 1-10 box.

In my experience, ppl don't read docs, or chart labels.  If your LA is so
small it does not show up, the LA chart is telling you exactly what you
want to know.  Your boxes do nothing.

And this should be corroborated with the SYS/USR/IDL in the vmstat graph.

And also from my understanding, if a UNIX box is completely idle, it is
absolutely horrible and accurately measuring its idleness.  So you need
some load to really trust the numbers.

Oh, to change the behavior, set $ENV{'LARRDLARIGID'}=1; to 0 in
larrd-config.pl
