Check the following setting in $LARRDHOME/larrd-config.pl:
-> $ENV{'CGIBINURL'}="/cgi-bin";

This setting tells which URL path should be used, eg. where o link to the 
cgi binary from the webpage. I suspect you have entered the unix path 
(/var/apache/cgi-bin) instead. Just remove "/var/apache".
