{bb} Ping Test doesn't send recovery

I can't figure out why my ping tests don't send a recovery email or call the
external script when they recover like all the disk, cpu, msgs tests do when
they recover.  They used to, but I noticed just today that for the last 2
months that ping tests have not sent any recovery messages.  The web page it
updated with the fixed status, but nothing is sent out.  Any idea what might
be causing this?

Running bb19c and bbgen3.1 I believe.
