In my scenario, after 120 minutes you would have to ack with both
1310099 and 6810099 to turn off paging for both Pager1 and Pager2.
That's why we went to the web based acknowledgement since it is tough to
remember how to ack based on nbr of alerts you've received.

Thank you, Barbary. In the scenario you provide, the only time Pager2
gets
an e-mail alert is after three hours of no response. What does Pager1
have
to respond with after 120 minutes to disable the Pager2 alert that's set
to
go off at 180 minutes?
Basically we want a situationi where if Pager1 doesn't respond at all,
Pager2 gets alerted. That is the only time we want Pager2 involved and
our
time window is 180 minutes. This way we can catch any problems where
Pager1
is not available to answer the alert.
