Yes this is possible, you'll need to change the network port which BB is 
using though, by editing $BBHOME/etc/bbdef.sh and $BBHOME/etc/bbinc.sh and 
change the BBPORT variable. This must be done also on the client host. If 
you need the host for both teams, you would have to run two clients 
aswell.

However another way to do what you want is by creating subpages (using the 
page directive in the bb-hosts file) and have your webserver password 
protect them.
