Re: {bb} Send notification only after 2 consecutive reds

I currently have BB setup to send email notification on all red alerts. It is normal for us, during busy periods, to have smtp very slow to respond, and it often shows up red in BB (and sends an email.) I would like to reconfigure the notification so that an email will only be sent if the status of smtp is red for 2 consecutive tests. What is the cleanest way to do this?

Add a 2 minute delay to the paging rule. When the first red comes in, the page will get generated but delivery will be postponed. When the 2nd red comes in, it won't get postponed - it'll get sent. If the status message is green, then the page is removed.
