{bb} Moving to new bb solaris host...keep history? bb-config migration??

I'm looking to move bb to a new solaris/x86 host (been running on the 
old one for several years).  I'm looking to start fresh with the 
latest version of bb (currently I'm still running 1.7a).  Some 
questions:

1:	How can I move my history over (larrd graphs, history of alerts etc)?

2:	If I start using bbconfig (I've not used bbconfig before) , 
will it import my current definitions (in bb-hosts, bb-warnsetup, 
bb-warnrules etc.) and put them into the bbconfig settings or do I 
need to start over from scratch (by putting everything by hand into 
bb-config configuration files)?
