- Thread-topic: DNS name lookups ?
I'm sure this is an easy one, but I don't see anything about in the
archive.
Can the internal dns/dig test do an actual name resolution ? Or do I
have to use an external script for this ?
We have a complex DNS setup and want to make sure we can resolve a name
in a certain domain, hence I need more than just "is the dns server
responding".
If it matters, we are also using bbgen.
Thanks !
