Hi,
I don't find any BBOUT log file any of the BB directory, I don't know
what happened to this file.
I found that bbrun.sh file is 0 bytes in both the directory ( server
and client), so what would be the reason for this?
Thanks,
Jay

The BBOUT file, which will contain any logging information, should be
in the top level BB directory. That's the same directory that
contains
the "runbb.sh" script. If it is missing, I would suspect that this is
not currently active install of BB. In order to confirm this, you can
look at the target of the symlink in the web-server directory.
I would expect that BB was installed using it's own account, since
that is how it is intended to run. You should "become" that user
with the "su" command before starting BB. To identify the correct
user it should only be necessary to list the contents of one of
the BB directories. Everything under the BB top level directory
should be owned by that user. A password will not be required if
you are already root and, if the installer were cautious, it's
unlikely that the BB user has a valid password or even a login
shell.
Cheers, Phil.
