Have you tried removing the IP address from the mailrelay token
leaving it undefined? (stop/start BBNTD after the change).

also change in bbwarnsetup.cfg

pagelevels: red purple yellow
pagelevelsmail: red purple yellow

to

pagelevels: red purple yellow
pagelevelsmail: yellow
