{bb} Licensing question

For the BTF edition, how are  licenses counted ?  1 server licencese = 1 BB 
display or something else.

If BTF liceneses were purchased originally is there any need to upgrade to  
BBP (Quest) version assuming you don't want support or the latest release?

Can BTF Server licences still be purchased ?
