Are the new Quest licences backward compatable to the BTF version ?

We are still using licenced BTF 1.9e and have a need to add a couple more 
servers. Because we have done some fairly heafty modifications to the BTF 
edition we are going to copy an existing  installation over to a new server. 
We need to keep using BTF 1.9e in the forseable future so if the Quest 
licences doesn't cover us for BTF we are in trouble.
