RE: {bb} Bbgen + dns

Shhh! I installed Hobbit on a second server. Then the first release had
some major major bugs and I don't consider it ready for production yet.

Anyway, if this is an intentional behavior, then I do have a problem, I
just have to find it.
Oddly, also bbgen is *not* going red on ssh where it closes the socket
immediately, like I read it was supposed to.

Might be time to switch the server to hobbit.

I installed bbgen yesterday and an http check that was always green, is
now almost always red. I know bbgen checks some things a little
different, so I'm wondering what it really thinks is the issue, so I can
fix it. It throws a red with a DNS error, despite the web page loading
just fine. It intermittently will go green for one check cycle, before
going back to red. This is the real oddity to me.

P.S. I just tallied up my BB target total and it's almost 5000, and we
are racking 108 more machines today. I am very afraid.
