RE: {bb} HTTP check changes value syntax

I don't have a $BBHOME/etc/bbdef-server.sh

Running 1.9c only have a $BBHOME/etc/bbdef.sh and there is no mention of
RUNOPTS or ENABLE_DISABLE, etc.

Is there a different place that I need to check for this?
