Hallo,

has the primary bbserver also the failover server as BBDISPLAY ?
Are there other tests from the bbserver (ssh, ftp,smtp ...) and if are these entrys ok?
on the bottom of the purple page (over the history) is a line
"Status message received from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" 
this should be your primary server address, if not, the primary could not put the data in
the bbvar/log/... 
If there is the failover server address in the line, remove one of the purple logfile 
and check that the primary put a new entry.

Are there some entrys int the BBOUT file?
