Re: RE : {bb} Windows bb script extension question

I have access to bb mailing lists again, but I can't figure out
which output my script should process.
Another indication : the external script should modify the state of the eva.cpu in bigbrother,
but not the cpu info of the windows box running the script.
Badfully I can't get the infos using snmp, as the EVA doesn't have any ethernet link.
Has anyone ever done this ?
If I understand correctly, you have an external script that's running on
a windows box and generates a log. You want the script to generate a
status log for a host that is not the actual testing device ?
i.e. host "bb1" generates a CPU status for host "eva" but the results
are logged under the "bb1" host, right ?
If you are creating a log from a script that is then picked up
by bbnt from the "External Path" directory defined in bbntcfg.exe:
In your script, try prefixing the color code in the log with the
hostname, i.e.:
eva:green ......
if you are using bb.exe to send the log then you should put in
the correct host(device) name in the bb.exe command:
bb 0.0.0.0 "status eva.cpu green ......"
